The Course Note I wanted is out of stock. What does that mean?
We only sell the most up to date Course Notes. If we feel that the course note may be out of date, we render it “Out of Stock.” If you are interested, we may be revising the one you want, so please write to us at Education@BestTest.com.
When will you receive the Course Notes?
We can email the course notes to you. You may have it within a few minutes, no matter where you live. Place your order below or if you don’t find course notes on a subject you want, write us at Education@BestTest.com.
What Support is Available?
While the Course Notes are not replacements for the interaction you would have with an instructor, we can allow you to pose questions to the instructor via email for up to three months after you receive your course notes. Send your questions to Education@BestTest.com.
What if the Course Notes are not what I expected?
Because you are downloading the Course Notes, there is nothing you can return. While we cannot refund your fees, we will issue you a credit towards the purchase of other books and software as long as you notify us by FAX on your company’s letter head within 15 days of receiving the Course Notes.
Can I be credited for the Course Notes if I attend the class?
If you buy our Course Note for a course and attend that course within 6 months of the date you received the course material, you will receive a FULL credit in the amount you paid, and this credit can be applied to your tuition. If the course will be taught at your facility, we will credit you for all the Course Notes you bought
